Super Soul Sundays

Sunday mornings for me are a time to refuel my soul, to provide meaning and to direct myself with purpose. It’s a time for me to gear up for the week ahead. Today I heard on Super Soul Sunday from Mariel Hemingway and Bobby Williams that a humans average life span is 28,500 days. Suddenly, I panicked. When your life span is framed this way, it somehow seems more limited…more precious…more fragile. When one tells you that you have 100 years to live it seems much longer. But the truth is, 100 years goes by in the blink of an eye…as Dina Manzo would say, “namaste bitches”. Be zen. Be in the moment. For that’s truly the only thing that is guaranteed
