Please, know when to seek support

When dealing with mental health issues it is imperative to know when it is time to seek help. 90% of the time it is too much to deal with all on your own. I know you may think that it’s something you want to overcome or face solo – but don’t. There are so many professionals (therapists, doctors) that will help. Family, friends, other loved ones. People in the online community. There are many people that care & will support you. I think the most important thing to know is that you are not alone. And you aren’t. Seek help if you need it ❤
